How does suspension work?

Solution It would easiest to explain this with the use of an example.

Subscriber first signed up on the 1st Feb 2011. He/she decides to suspend it from Jul 2011 until Sep 2011.

The following is what will happen:

1. From 1st Jul 2011 til 30th Sep 2011, VXCharts will be deactivated. If it is started it during this period, VXCharts will prompt that is has expired etc.

2. On the 1st of Feb 2012, in which the next subscription will be due, the renewal fees are collected. A few days after the collection, the subscription charges for the suspended periods of 2011 will be refunded to the customer, in this case, 2 months of subscription charges.

3. If however the customer decides to stop subscription with VXCharts before 1st of Feb 2012, the remaining credit will kick into effect from the 1st of Feb 2012.
