Can I switch to another subscription plan?

Solution Yes, you can. However this needs to be initiated by you around the time of your next payment interval.

E.g. Your quarterly payments are supposed to be on the 1st Oct 2010 and 1st Jan 2011, therefore you should cancel the existing subscription in late Dec 2010. Note that canceling will not terminate your license, the Oct 2010 payment will last until the 2nd Jan 2011, and therefore you can subscribe to the new plan on the 1st Jan 2011 or 2nd Jan 2011.

Unfortunately, there is no fast and instant way to switch over; this is to facilitate simple clear cut accounting in our billing system.
