Solution The periodic payments are fixed by PayPal at the beginning of your subscription. In order to enjoy the volume discount, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and re-subscribe to the total number of licenses required.

In essence, the answer is Yes, however you will need to re-subscribe. Re-subscription is also subjected to the same restrictions as switching to another subscription plan.
