TransAct datafeed problems with MyRepublic

Solution

MyRepublic (https://myrepublic.com.sg/) uses network equipment that has difficulties handling UDP traffic. 

 

This issue is commonly known as "UDP reverse mapping error on CG net".

 

If you are using a TransAct broker account and your charts are not moving/growing, please kindly contact MyRepublic's customer service (https://support.myrepublic.com.sg) and have them configure your account to have a public IP address.
