I'm travelling overseas, how do I suspend my subscription?

Solution Only users on the annual subscription are eligible for suspension. To suspend, you will need to submit a request to us via email.

The suspension policy is based on a monthly interval. If you write in on 10th Jan 2011, your suspension will only take effect on 1st Feb. In other words, our records will show you have 11 months left when you resume your subscription.
