Traders generally prefer either a white or black based colors. Choose ChartsBlack Theme for a dark colored theme (Suitable for traders with very large monitors) or ChartsWhite Theme (Suitable for notebooks and smaller displays)

7.      Advanced color configuration

Traders who wish to have more control over the appearance of their chart colors may right click on an area to bring up the Properties dialog. We shall use the ERG properties dialog for explanation.

It should have been explained that the colors of the price bars are actually derived from the ERG, therefore, to change the color of the bars, you would need to change the colors found in the ERG. The colors can be found under ERGFallingForeColor(1) and ERGRisingForeColor(1).

The background color of the ERG also changes as the SL changes direction. These colors are found under SLFallingBackColor(3) and SLRisingBackColor(3).
