Solution Email support is no longer available due to the amount of spam that comes through. Instead, we offer you this ticket system which is wired directly to our mobile phones.

After you submit a ticket, you must receive an instant reply from the system indicating your ticket was received and opened. If you do not, please kindly check your spam folder to see if our responses are being diverted.

The general response time is within 3 hours or shorter depending on the time of the day. Please kindly leave your mobile number when contacting us, this will allow us to contact you if necessary. We will make international calls if required, so please be sure to leave your country code.
